If you own a convertible, especially a Ford Focus CC, you already know this problem.

Water ingress through the door seal is one of the most common and most irritating issues, and fixing it properly often means expensive seal replacements that still don’t guarantee a result.

A Simple Insert Designed to Reduce Water Ingress

This is a custom designed insert that fits into the door seal area to help reduce water getting past weak points in the seal.

It has been specifically developed and tested on a Ford Focus CC convertible, targeting the exact area where leaks commonly occur.

Instead of replacing seals or guessing the problem, this works by pushing the seal back in to the original position.

Real World Test, Not Just Theory

In testing, the car was taken through a full car wash:

• Without the insert, significant water ingress
• With the insert installed, the result was dramatically improved (See video)
• Only a very small drip remained on one side (Future versions will improve on this)

The difference was immediate and obvious, and honestly, better than expected.

Important, Please Read Before Buying

This is a prototype design that is still being refined.

It is intended to reduce water ingress, not guarantee a completely dry seal in all conditions.

Results will vary depending on:

• Seal condition
• Vehicle alignment
• Installation
• General wear of your convertible roof system

If your seals are heavily worn or damaged, this will not replace the need for repair.
